Welcome to A Gift From Within. We are a support site set up for people of all ages that have been affected by child hood abuse or adult rape, and the people that care for them.
If you were abused as a child or raped as an adult, you may feel like a victim. It took courage and strength for you to survive. You are indeed a survivor. But you deserve more than that. You deserve to become a thriver.
We hope within this website you will find that you are not alone. That you can reach out to other survivors and find acceptance and strength. Abuse has devastating effects but together we can reclaim our voices.
